Presentation Title:  Creating an Exceptional Candidate and Employee Experience

    Description of Presentation:

Today's candidates expect a positive experience from an organization from the time they begin exploring opportunities, all the way through the application, interviewing and hiring. If there's a disconnect between your candidate and employee experience, you won't hold onto talent for long. This session will explore why candidates don’t apply, ways to improve the experience and get them from candidate to employee. We will also touch on the employee experience to help you retain employees.

    Learning Objectives:

•What is included in the candidate experience and why it’s important
•Easy, inexpensive ways to improve their experience
•How to connect with your candidates and turn them into employees
    •Ways to retain employees
